Four Days of Pure Bliss
Held on the idyllic shores of Lac de Vieure in France, Hadra Trance isn’t your average music festival. This is a celebration of all things psychedelic trance, a vibrant tapestry woven with pounding beats, mind-bending visuals, and a sense of community that’s truly unmatched.
For four glorious days (August 22nd to 25th), we immersed ourselves in a world of non-stop music. Over 150 artists graced the four stages, each bringing their own unique flavor of trance to the party. Whether you craved the classic Goa vibes or were into the more experimental sounds, Hadra had something for every taste bud (or should we say, every ear drum?).
The Lineup
This year’s lineup was nothing short of legendary. The headliners Afternow, AtiaProg, G-Alien, KOKMOK, Azrael, Jorine, Brojanowski and Main Ape, among others. These iconic artists delivered mind-blowing sets that had the crowd dancing and cheering from start to finish.
Beyond the headliners, the festival featured a diverse range of talent, from rising stars to seasoned veterans. We were particularly impressed by Sleeping Forest, Vallou, Bendja, Pollyhedron. Their performances were both innovative and inspiring, showcasing the incredible creativity and diversity of the psychedelic trance (psy-trance) scene. Please note that Psytrance is not the only type of music at the Hadra Festival there where all types of Electronic and Acoustic musicians, bands, Djs, etc. really well represented and curated.
More Than Just Music
But Hadra Trance goes way beyond just the music. The festival grounds were a feast for the senses, with stunning light installations, captivating performances by talented VJs, and mind-bending art installations that transported us to another dimension.
One of the highlights was the immersive art installations, which seemed to come alive as the night progressed. We wandered through enchanted forests, explored alien landscapes, and even found ourselves trapped in a labyrinth of neon lights. It was a truly surreal experience that left us in awe.

One of the highlights of the festival was the incredible Collective Effervescence, a truly magical experience that reminded us of the legendary Grateful Dead concerts. The energy was electric, the music was transcendent, and the crowd was united in a shared psychedelic experience.
And let’s not forget the attendees. Hadra Trance attracted a truly stunning crowd, with people from all walks of life, all united by their love for music and community. The fashion was on point, the vibes were positive, and it felt like we were surrounded by a sea of Ibiza-level beauty.
